I was able to catch up on some projects over the Christmas break and just in time before going out for disc replacement surgery.

    List of parts:
-Hidden ARB twin compressor kit from Rave
    -Hornblasters 2 gallon air tank
    -Hornblasters Shocker XL kit
-Aux Beam 8 gang switch controller
-Bulletpoint Aux Beam 8 gang switch mount

The biggest PITA was removing the tabs for the inner fender liners. I even bought clips and already had the tools to remove them. If I have to do it again, I will just cut them off and replace them all.

After that, started with CAD designs (cardboard and drawing designs) for the brackets for the 2 gallon tank and horns. My bracket for the horns ended up changing in order to get them to get shoe horned into the space but it worked (they all face downward now instead of alternating).

Once I landed on where to install the bracket for the tank, I cut everything out, welded it up and attempted to paint it in the garage when the temp outside was in the 20s (was able to get the garage up to 70 degrees with my 220 heater). I used existing threaded holes in the frame just to the right of the spare tire (passenger's side). I mounted the horns above the tank.

The horns fit perfectly just inside the fender well, but I truly hope I never have to take them out, haha. You can also see the reflective 3M wrap on the calipers in one of the pictures. It caught the light from the flash.

Mounted the ARB compressor on the driver's side and ran (2) 8 gauge positive and (2) 8 gauge ground back up to the front (I know I could have borrowed or made a ground location in the rear but this was honestly just as easy). I also ran a 3 strand bundle that was already loomed to use as the positive trigger for the aux reverse lights, train horn actuator, and compressor. Bundled it all together and ran it along the frame rail into the engine bay. Since I have a hybrid, I ran 4 gauge with a 60 amp breaker from the battery in the back seat to the front and installed the bus bars, all of which came with the Rave kit. Installed the Aux Beam controller panel on top of the fuse panel.

I ran 1/2" line through the bed cross brace from the compressor on the driver's side to the air tank on the passenger's side and also tied the air horns to the air tank with 1/2" line (not a lot of room to work, and dealing with blown discs at c5/c6 and c6/c7 which warranted the surgery last Wednesday). Once I am all healed up, I will go back and wire loom the wire bundle with 1 1/2" loom. I had to order it so there was no way I could install it at the time or else I would have. I also have another wireless air bag controller kit to install so I would have had to re-do it anyway. Cut the air chuck in under the factory 110V bed plug and tied it into the air tank with the supplied stainless steel braided hoses. The ARB switch isn't hooked up to anything, I just didn't want an open hole.

Lastly, installed the Aux Beam switch on a bulletpoint mount. Love the location. I was considering installing it above the factory switches on the left side of the steering wheel, even ordered an extra panel to use but really like this location instead. I'll keep the extra panel for a future project.

I had some knock off train horns on my 2011 Tundra but this kit blows them out of the water. When standing outside the truck, you can feel it in your body. Way too damn loud, haha!

Also, a couple of pictures of the Heretic BA4 reverse lights.

Very impressive work @joshua32! Super clean installs, very inspirational! I have an ARB compressor in my 4runner, thinking about moving it to the Tundra, this gave me a lot of ideas. Horn sounds anemic in our Tundras IMHO I can only imagine the sound with your setup! The reverse lights are BA too. Great post!

I had an Air Blasters kit on my 2000 Excursion (some idiot picked up a cell phone from the floor and hit me head on to total it and the horns). They were AMAZING ! People knew when they pissed me off, for sure.

I'd love to have another set and install on my 22 Limited, but my days of installing projects like that are long gone. Enjoy them !!!

Tint and wheels. Decked box in the bed. S and B Cold Air filters under the hood. Shiftpower throttle response controller.
God speed on the back problems. I have been there and done that.

Following. This is my next truck project.
