This question is about the green marked fuse. Is this suppose to have a constant draw? Mine does when the truck is off. I should say the nut beside the fuse with the wire going to it.

    LED headlamps/fogs; interior footlamps.
In my experience all but the Ignition have constant power.

That feeds a lot of stuff.
Alarm, batt/clock memory, wireless door locks, etc., depending on the model.

How many amps is the draw?
The normal parasitic draw for a vehicle is typically below 50 milliamps (mA).

    Which truck do you have?
I'm guessing a double cab from the pics.

    Access standard cab

    or double cab

Yeah, Double Cab...there is a thread they started few weeks ago with battery drain where we discussed the green fuse and they mentioned "2006 Tundra XSP".....Electrical issues | Toyota Tundra Forum

IMHO....it would have been better for them to add this newer question to that thread.

If you are speaking of the blue circled nut below, that is part of the fusiable link circuit also and as mentioned by @1lowlife and we mentioned in your other thread, they cover various circuits. The yellow fusible link is 82618-0C030 where as your green fusible link is 82618-0C040 that I assume you have already changed.
