This noise has been driving me crazy lately. It’s right next to my ear..Had the noise since new but it’s now getting worse and consistent, whatever the speed is. I have taken all the plastic trim pieces off and the noise is still there. Any help? Would rather fix it myself then send it to dealer wasting my time and telling me “could not verify customer concern”.

Check that the headliner isn't loose, if not get one of those small scopes and check in the holes, maybe something is loose.

yeah it seems you could just randomly hold different things to see when it stops

are you sure it’s not the speakers?

I drove my friend’s 2018 Sienna today and it has the same noise. I also recall my previous 2021 4Runner had the same noise as well. Buzzing noise inside the B pillar…..
Am I tooo sensitive? Me and my girlfriend can definitely hear it as the older friend who had the sienna for 122k miles never heard it……
