2023 Tundra Crew Cab 40 Seat will not lock in the up position

I tried moving the seat belt out of the way, but the latch bar keeps hitting the top of the latch instead of into the hook. I confirmed the latch is disengaged and compared it to the latch on the 60 seat. Anyone know how this can be adjusted?

 

Is the latch in the closed postion? Did you try pulling the release handle, maybe it'll reset the mechanism. If it's a matter of it isn't latching because of alignment just bring it in, that's a safety issue I'm sure they'll rectify right away. Tell them that's where your kids car seat goes, they'll fix it real quick.

 

Checked and confirmed latch is in the open position and compared it with the other seat. I tried pulling the release handle hard and it reset all the way. Still no dice...I'll bring it into Toyota. Thanks!
