Fuel Filler Neck Evap Cose

    I have a ridiculous question; context:

    2010 Tundra SR5 5.7L smoke tested to determine leak; showed fuel filler bellowing neck; so I replaced with another that one bellows with smoke; received replacement part; same issue….see attached…

    the question is this normal….need reassurance b/c how likely is it that I received two new/used filler necks that are defective?
