    Hi all

I finally got new tires and now get rub on my swaybar at full look

Below is the set up of my truck
    21 Tundra Crew Max
    Westcott preload collars with shims
Driver side ship to fix lean
Bilstein 5100s on all 4 corners
    Coachbuilder +3 stackels
    Wildpeak 275/85/18 tires

is there anything i can do to stop the swaybar rub at a full turn?

I would prefer to keep it. Has anyone had any luck with sway bar spacers etc?

Never heard of that. People use wheel spacers or wheels with different backspacing.

I removed my FSB a couple years back and haven’t missed it for a second.

I believe the 3.5" Rough Country lift comes with sway bar spacers. You could try some spacers and see if it helps. Even if you just need a half inch or an inch or so.

Unfortunately on occasion you cant have it your way. You will have to change, add or remove something.
Stock wheels have a +60/+65 offset or something along those lines, wider and larger diameter tires will inevitably reach deeper than stock.
IIRC, sway bar spacers make it sit lower on the chassis to accommodate for the increased angle, not the distance between the tires and bar.

Wheel Spacers will run a heck of a lot cheaper than new wheels and you don't have to mess with the sway bar.

For what it's worth, I too removed mine since it interfered with the coilovers

How much total lift in the front? What are your alignment numbers? Stock UCAs? Is it rubbing on both sides or just one?

options are new wheels with less backspace/offset or wheel spacers.

+35 offset will have you clearing well, equal to 1 to 1.25 inch spacers. If you go with spacers, Bora or Spidertrax is what you want. Stay away from cheap wheel spacers.

Once you address the offset issue, it could have rubs on bumper, so you may need a bumper spacer. Those are easy and cheap to do.

I have same issue after doing 6112 and going to 295/70/18 tires Kumho's. Had to trim the passenger side skid plate but still rubbed sway bar. Got 1.25" spidertrax on all four, then started rubbing driver side mud flap (I have aftermarket bumper so no issue there). I had to trim mud flap but it has about 1/2" clearance on body mount, so no BMC yet

I have a TRD skid plate so no issues there.

sounds like I can either try wheel spacer, clearance the sway bar or deal with it.
    Thanks
