I have a 23 TRD Sport and need to upgrade from factory tires. I'm curious which ones you decided on how your tires ride on the highway. They look great but I've always opted for smooth and quite highway tires (95% of my driving).

Here's mine. 25 Crewmax SR5 TRD off-road with factory lift. Wheels are Raceline Gauge 18x9 +18 offset. Tires are ko3s 285/75r18.

    Before:20241229_080206.jpg

    After:
    20250128_100114.jpg 20250128_101249.jpg 20250128_101336.jpg 20250129_144946.jpg

Very happy with the stance of the truck. It should be a crime to sell these with those mildpeaks. 35s are much more proportional. Had to get after the rekgen mudflaps with a heat gun to clear the tire but they work fine. At full lock to the right the tire rubs slightly on the body mount but that should be an easy fix. MPG took a bit of a hit from 17avg down to around 15. Enjoy!

Did the remove bracket in wheel well and pin wheel liner mod.
Very close but no rubbing. Seems it could rub during full steering lock under compression but haven't had that happen yet.
Wheels are slightly bronze but not too bronze.
I do prefer the 12.5 as I feel the 11.5 look too thin.
Weathertech no drill mud flaps fit fine.

So I've been reading this thread just going down countless messages and I feel like I'm getting mixed results. So I am new to the Tundra community and got a 2025 Lunar Rock Tundra Limited earlier this month, stock height, no lift, on the stock 20s (not TRD). I am interested in getting new tires without having to do a lift or spacers or anything for now with no rubbing issues. I did see pics with someone confirming 285/60r20 will fit on the limited with no issues on stock height. I am looking to get into 285/65r20 for a higher ride and bigger sidewall and I do like the look a bit more but from what I have read, some people say it will clear on stock height but some say they have spacers to clear it. Can anyone clarify this? Haven't done anything to the truck yet except for running boards from Rough Country but this is how it sits for now. Hopefully get new tires once I can figure out the sizing. Thanks everyone

I tried to search but couldn’t get a clear answer. Will 35x11.5 R20 on stock TRD OR wheels and suspension rub during easy to mild off roading? I know people are running that size stock and they say no rubbing, but I’m assuming that’s only for street use. Thanks

Did you just level the front ONLY or you also did the rear as well?

Also. How was the ride comparing before and after? Thank you.

Anyone running the 17x8 35 mm offset Black Rhino stadiums with the third gen? Trying to keep truck flush-ish. Can I fit a 285/75/17 on stock SR5 Off-road?

Hey man! Sorry late response. I got the entire preload collar lift kit which includes front and rear hardware. The ride is pretty much the same as stock and is still super smooth (just make sure to get an alignment done right after). My ride could probably be even smoother if I didn’t choose to go with E rated tires. Here’s the link for the kit I used.

Ditched the 20X9 on 295/60/20 and moved onto 17X8.5 +0 with 35X12.5/17 and I think it looks much better.
Now I just need to decide what to do with my 20" set...

    Before and after!
    Went from the stock suspension & 20’s. Did a 3” lift with Dobinson’s IMS w/ Icon UCA’s.
    RRW 17’s (0 offset) w/ 35” BFG K02’s.

Drives like a dream but too much poke for my liking. Anyone know what offset would only give about an inch or 3/4” of poke? Looking for something more subtle.

    Thank you in advance!
