Anyone build and/or run something similar to this? (Pictured on a Tacoma)

I’m going to be running an S2 kit here soon and plan to fabricate a removable cross bar that links them over the engine for added support for the coil buckets.

I’m sure the LT guys have something similar, but I’m surprised no company offers anything (that I’ve found for the Tundra) after reading of other guys finding tweaked coil buckets.

I do. It is removable, the bypass hoops have tube connectors. Originally had it designed to be 2 pieces, with a block in between that could be machined to accommodate for various pushed in coil buckets. Had a frame shop pull the frame back, and had 2 brand new Tundras torn down to compare the fit so I abandoned the 2 piece. There are a few ways to improve it, feel free to reach out, but definitely make it out of tube.

I’d love to check it out if you go to the meet this Saturday. My truck is 2WD and I’m building the best MT+ set up I can with my current budget and doing all the work myself. It’s coming along, but it would be nice to see some other built trucks so I can get some ideas.

Do you happen to have the pattern for the strut tower plates? I’m looking to build a strut tower brace and was hoping to cut down on design time. Thank you.
