We purchased our 2022 Tundra in October with less than 10k miles. It has been at dealership more than we have had it. Truck keeps flashing brake system, collision system and parking brake failing and take to dealership. I take to dealership and they tell me nothing is wrong, we just don't drive it enough anyone have any thoughts or advice what we can do? We are worried that warranty will be running out and Toyota is acting like nothing is wrong

Obviously something is wrong. Make them fix it. If they won't, leave it in their possession and call Toyota corporate to open a ticket. Force the hand. Customer service is dead. Or, find a better dealer.....

I did reach out to corporate they made a ticket and told me I would hear from a manager within one business day and haven't heard anything. I'm in Lakewood, we are thinking of going to another dealership

Just a suggestion if you are not already doing this but keep a log of who "Name" , when "Time and Date" and to your best, exactly what each of you said. Otherwise you end up with a "I talked to somebody, which is nobody, a few days back, "whatever that day may have been and we generally discussed the problem, I think they said and I think I said best I can remember. Also I don't do open ended "will call you back stuff". If they state they will call me back I politely tell them I will call them back at whatever time and date we both agree on. This is not just what I "would do" it's what I have done in the past.

Start driving the ting everyday and video what is going on every time it happens. Documentation is everything. Go to another dealer with all the info and be upfront with them and tell them the other dealer isn't up to your standards. If need be call and speak wit the service manager when you make the appointment, hopefully they'll be receptive. If you're in Lakewood, NJ and don't mind a drive I've gotten great service from my dealer, DM me and I'll get you in touch with my service manager.
