Hey guys I'm new here and have done a small search on here for the P2128 code with little luck. So I was going around a curve in my 08 Tundra 4x4 and the VSC light the CEL the 4lo and the stability control light all came on and when I put my code reader on it it has the P2128 code (Throttle pedal position sensor/Switch E circut input high). I've changed the throttle position sensor out and I changed the ECM out but still have all the lights and still in limp mode. Any ideas on what to do next any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Did you change the pedal? Or another sensor? Sounds like it’s the sensor in the pedal.

I came across that same link and tried testing the APP but I could never get the code to clear to be able to test the APP so I just replaced it with no luck. So I just replaced the ECM with hopes that it would fix it cuz that's the other option but that didn't work either.

NueveTundra thank you sir, this is the same thing Dalandshark sent me but without being able to clear the DTC I just went ahead and changed the pedal and the ECM with no luck on fixing it.

Time to test the wiring circuits, especially the EPA2 circuit between pins 2 (pedal connector) and 60 (ECU connector)

Was this figured out? Did you replace the harness wire and remedy the tps failure?
