If I didn't absolutely enjoy my Voodoo '20 Tundra, I'd have the '24 Titan. Between the gen 2.5 Toyota and the newer Titan, the Toyota is the better truck. New? Different story. And a quick google search revealed several king cabs in the low $40's upper 30's k for a brand new loaded 4x4. That's a solid $15-18k less than the Gen 3, and the warranties and financing rates don't compare, massive edge to Nissan.
Mechanically and cosmetically Toyota still has issues to sort, the Titan is sorted 100%.

Half tempted to pick a Titan up anyway, I put my camper on the Tundra for much of the Summer, would be nice to have another truck for hauling the cows, hay, etc.

I had two 2022 Titans, one XD and one standard both with the V8 as long term rentals for work. The XD got recalled after less than 9k miles for some issue, though prior to that I loved the truck and was disappointed to see it go. I was nicer than my 2014 Tundra in every regard, save the looks. The standard one I had got stuck in my driveway. I still don’t know what the issue was, but the truck was completely bricked at 20k miles and I had to have the rental company come drag it out of my driveway.

Despite loving the XD, the reliability left me questioning if I’d ever buy a Nissan, even though I had a 350Z with 190k trouble free miles. I can only speak to gen 1, 2, and 2.5 Tundras, but I’d pick any of those based on my experience with two different Titans.

Given those two options, titan all day long.

Owned a previous gen Titan for several years. Was trouble free for 50k and loved it. Traded it in on my 2011. Gen 2 Tundra felt a bit more solid vs old Titan.
Been debating a new truck for several months. Have test driven a 24 Pro-4x and a Platinum Titan along with a 1794 and a sr5 "loaded"; both non-hybrids.
Titan V8 is so much more like my Gen 2. Interior is miles ahead of my Gen 2. Electronics were good, not crazy intrusive. (I don't care for or "need" most of the new gee-whiz features. Give me solid bluetooth, android auto/ apple carplay, a back up cam with cross traffic alert, some heated leather (ish) seats, and I am happy as all heck. My pause is on the discontinuation of the Titan.
Gen 3 Tundras both felt nice. Definite diff in V6 Turbo vs V8 in sound and low end grunt. Tundras rode way nicer at highway speeds and handled well. All the electronic beeps, bells, whistles, etc; were too much for me. 1794 interior was excellent. SR5 was nice, but lagged behind all 3 other models (Titan / Tundra).
My pause on the new Tundra was, well all the BS on the 22/23 models. Seems like most of it has been cleared up on late 24/25 models...maybe????
In short neither choice scratched my itch enough to drop some $ for a new truck.
LOL, yeah, I am still in my 2011 RW. So the decision(s) are still pending.

My 2009 Titan was very good to me for 15 years but I am very pleased with my Tundra and glad I switched.

Just my opinion from purchasing and owning Toyota’s exclusively since 1987… I remember when Datsun turned into Nissan. Datsun made some pretty cool and unique vehicles. My uncle owned a very early import Datsun pickup, the one with the side mirrors up front on the top of the fenders. He did have a crap load of miles on that thing, but the body completely rusted off of that thing.
Nissan has always been several steps behind Toyota regarding design, reliability and technology. Toyota is definitely not the manufacturer it once was back in the ’70’s ‘80’s and ’90’s… but they’re still the best of the Japanese manufacturers. Honda would be a close second, but due to their cost saving approach of manufacturing vehicles over recent years I wouldn’t consider for purchase. “Domestic” manufactured vehicles are completely out of question for me… again, just my opinion.

That's the model with the Rally Edition Dynamic Oscillators and TRD Pro Armature Sprocket upgrades, right?
