Noticing a couple issues with the 2015 Tundra and a shop has replaced a few parts with no luck, curious if you all have experienced these things?

    Groaning sound on startup:
Been noticing recently on cooler mornings (around 50f), the Tundra makes an odd groaning type of sound for about a second. It sounds similar to maybe an alternator but I'm not sure why it's not consistent if it's that.

    Crunch when driving off driveway:
When I drive off the driveway, you can hear about 3 crunchy sounds, like parts are straining.

The parts replaced already that have not resolved the issues:
Front Lower Control Arms / Bushings Cracked
    - Suspension Control Arm and Ball Joint Assembly

    Idler Pulley Kit
    - Accessory Belt Drive Kit (Standard)

Sway Bar Links / Bushings Noisy
    - Suspension Stabilizer Bar Link Kit x2

These issues do not occur after the vehicle is driven a bit / warmed up. Any advice or theories would be much appreciated, thank you!

If FFV the start up noise could be alcohol density. Mine never had a problem at 50 degrees only with temps in 30s and below. Search threads for hard or cold starts. Plenty of them.

Start up noise could be AC or SAIS. Turn the AC off when you park at night and see if the noise is present when starting in the morning. Sounds more like one of the air pumps to me though.
The noise when driving off a curb sounds like a bad shock, or leaf springs rubbing against each other. There are little pads on the ends of the leafs that help with friction. Pry the leafs apart and apply some lube to the pads. See if the noise goes away.
