Rostra/Voxx International Shoutout

Didn't have anywhere else to share this so I thought I'd post it here. This is 110% an entirely unaffiliated testony.

I recently installed heated seats in my truck, specifically the Rostra 250-1870-TOY ones. They're awesome, they heat up super fast, the switches are super factory looking, the wiring was all pre-loomed etc. 10/10 product.

I'm doing my front and rear seats. I messed up trimming the bottom heating pads on two of them and as a result, I tried and failed to locate just the heating pads. I'm sure I could buy a universal pad, depin the connectors and swap them out, but with the thermostats being matched for the switches/relays, I wanted to find an exact replacement.

I emailed Rostra/Voxx International to inquire about this. Much to my dismay the response started with "they don't offer individual parts from the kits for service". The next sentence however, they informed me that they had some brand new pads in the Warranty/Returns department they'd be happy to send me. I was dumbfounded and offered to pay for at least the cost of shipping. The next response was a tracking number. No request for payment for the pads, no request for payment for shipping, nothing. Just a couple of free replacement heating pads shipped to my door.

These are the kinds of customer service experiences that make lifelong customers and supporters. If you're in the market for seat heaters, or any other accessories (I see they sell parking sonar kits, blind spot monitors etc.) I can't recommend Rostra/Voxx International enough. I'll get off my flabbergasted soap box now.
