Wondering if anyone has experienced any trouble with the touchscreen on their factory Entune head unit. For unknown reasons it seems like the top half of my touchscreen is not working and I can not select AM/FM radio buttons anymore. Bluetooth works just fine, all side buttons work fine and able to make phone calls still but when not using Bluetooth the screen just says “Audio Off”. Usually when I start my truck it will go straight to FM radio then connect to Bluetooth about 10 seconds later, I’m guessing it’s only been a week since this started and I just noticed it today. Only think I can think of that has changed recently is I did install a Pop and lock with plug and play harness for my tailgate lock last week but don’t know why that would affect only the top 1/2 of my radio touchscreen. Any thoughts?
