I have a lifted 2002 Toyota Tundra that I am running into suspension binding issues with. The binding occurs between the top of the steering knuckle/spindle and the coil. I wanted to switch to the Dobinson C59-302s to try to gain a little extra clearance but I am afraid it wont be enough. I've started to look around elsewhere to see if I can find some "skinny coils" and I came across a coil over kit for 2021+ Ford F150s that has the correct lift height and also has the "skinny coils" I am looking for. I wanted to know how the interchangeability of top hats work, and if I could simply swap my 2002 Tundra top hats over to the 2021+ Ford F150 coil overs.

I would also like to bring up the lower bushing of the 2021+ Ford F150 coil overs. Would I be able to just push that bushing out, and replace it with one that will allow me to get a bolt thru it?
