I would absolutely take some of it! It's dry as a freaking bone up here.

Whatever this forum told me to do
    probably the tires.

I bet I could pull all kinds of videos of various trucks getting stuck.

I'm not sure what it is. All I do I know is it's a fail.

    Yep, probably tires ^^

Keep in mind how many people want to see the CT (Tesla too) fail.
Kind of like throwing a molotov cocktail on a Tesla then recording the "battery catching fire"

    good point.

    other than looks & range.....it's a beast.

not a $100k beast, but a beast nonetheless.

Also true. It's always blows my mind why manufacturers put weak parts on vehicles.

This is a probably why so many videos of the fail are being posted. It does have a lot of haters out there.

This is why I'm a hater. If I can't own a truck to drive outside of city limits it's pretty much a paperweight. Obviously I'm not their target consumer though.

There is a Rivian showroom near the University village in Seattle. I was kinda surprised when my wife said we should go look at the showroom last summer. They look solid, but reliability is top on my list of features. I recently was looking at shops that lease or rent out lifts for vehicle work. One shop that has a few locations were booked, they have been taken over by Rivian with no time slots left, I.e. no reservations available. That might give you a clue. ️ … May e in a year or two it might be good to check out the Rivian vehicles.

Nah, we're all just wannabe drift car jockeys.
Hard to beat a fresh couple inches in a wide open parking lot for "training."

Learn to drive in Michigan with 2 wheel (rear) drive…. Car without power steering are easier to turn, lol.

Did this with my 15yo this week. Gotta teach her how to get control of the vehicle if she loses it. Also did a lot of training techniques on how to not lose it. She's really learning a lot about throttle control and it makes me feel much more comfortable as she approaches the day she gets her actual license.

Did the same exact thing with my daughter at that age. Now she's 30 and lives in Texas, so doesn't get to use those skills very often.

    For sure.

I'm obviously a Tesla fan boy but I don't have blinders on either. The CT is definitely not for me.

I was treated to a full complement of courses at the Spartanburg BMW performance driving school last spring (a work thing). One of my colleagues went back the following week and took her husband for a round of the same fun, and her daughter to go through their driver training. Plenty of nannies-off driving.
    BMW Performance Driving School

    Fun, and informative time.

Looks like the files around the JFK, RFK & MLK assassinations have been declassified. Curious to see what kind of information is finally made available to the public.
