Loud love is probably one of my favorite grunge songs from that era. Soundgarden was rock and roll their first 2 albums. Then they got on the commercial success of the Seattle train.

He added so much depth to that song. I can’t think of a better remake. When he came out with it, it was hard to take it in.

This reminds me of the whole Free the Nipple movement. We had a local group that would come to City Council meetings to talk about it.

But I just kept asking myself. Just one?

Across from where I work, there is a Tesla dealership. On a given day there are somewhere between 3-4 Cybertrucks there and it just continues to reinforce the fact those things are ugly as sin...

I know they were aiming for a futuristic theme in the design language but yikes...

More and more I'm thinking the truck was built for a customer base of Youtubers and social media influencers and not regular people.

To each their own I guess.

Our Tesla distribution center has a LOT of CT’s on the lot for sale

I think the novelty wore off

and folks are having to live with an ugly truck

I would like to see the listening activity of streaming services

I bet classic rock and 80’s music is tops

Totally agree. But once the hype around it died down, it seems like no one wants one anymore. I can't help but think if it was a bit more conventional in looks that it would have continued having strong sales but it's high price also plays a role in that. It's not the $35k truck it was originally touted as being.

    **Edit**

Looks like you already echoed the same thought's I did.

Tends to be pop and that type of music, from what I've heard. Rock doesn't do well in streaming for whatever reason.

I can't remember the exact numbers but I heard an interesting stat. You take a rock band that does relatively well on streaming like Foo Fighters and one of their top hits might have, say, 350,000 streams. A pop artist like Ed Sheeran will have something like a million streams on one of his most popular songs.

I seem to recall that the concept actually looked pretty good, which makes it even more disappointing.

I’m surprised that Lana Del Ray is ranked so high.

Gunna, whatever, lol. Not a great rapper.

Red Hot Chili Peppers, they are terrible, like others have pointed out. They were interesting for about 6 months in ‘89 or whenever it was. After that, every song they have sounds the same, has the same cadence and dumb lyrics. Terrible, shirtless band.

That list is god awful. And honestly, I probably couldn't put a song to a name of all but one artist in that top 50.
And the one, happens to be my guilty pleasure. LOL.

I would own a CT under the correct conditions. but for 100k, if I had to go electric it would be the Rivian.

But, I like the truck. Wish they didnt make a problematic truck like they have.

Whatever this forum told me to do

    agreed.

having sat in one, it looks quite nice when you are driving it....like a truck.

it's when you have to look at it from the outside.

    gotta disagree on the Rivian.
it's got too many software/hardware problems.

Like my wife.....it looks right....it doesn't act right.
