New Member, New Tundra (new to me)

Morning from Virginia! Picked up a 2008 Tundra Ltd TRD with 118K to use while I fix up my 2001 4Runner with 220K that needs a little TLC. The 4Runner forum was invaluable over the years for maint, mods, and conversation, so I figured this site will be useful as well. After a couple weeks of use, not sure I want to go back to the 4Runner. Love the comfort, room and power, gas mileage not so much. She's a one owner, no accidents, minimal bumps and scratches, runs great, and couldn't be happier. Dealer's replacing leather seat cover that has a small tear, in addition to cropping out and replacing some bad metal I found in the 4 corners of the bed (similar to what others have posted in this forum and other places) underneath the bed liner at their cost, so I can't complain. Once complete, I'll be looking to get a sprayed in liner and toss the crappy removable bed liner. I noted the dealer put a chintzy exhaust system on, probably to pass inspection, that I'll look to replace in the future, but works for now. Otherwise, working to get caught up on all regular maint (baseline) and enjoy my new ride. Definitely not afraid of turning wrenches, and prefer to do so. Very very nice! Looks to be in great shape! I have a 2018 double cab 5.7 (bought new) and it is the best vehicle I've ever owned (vehicle owner since 1961 so I've had a few).
