This makes a lot of sense. I'm not at all trying to get anyone to buy anything from them either. I was just trying to post some hot chick pics for our viewing pleasure.

Man my mom ended up turning into a hoarder as well. Nothing like the complete mess of shit so she can barely walk through the house that gets you on a tv show type. But a hoarder non-the-less. When she passed, my brother and I spent almost a whole week sifting through it, and the majority of it went into a roll off that we had to order. The encyclopedias I grew up reading in her home weren't one of them. So they sit in a box in my crawl space.

A point I'd like to make
Is that this thread has always been the place
Where you get to verbally abuse
And be ruthless in a ruse
    All while being abused
Just to see, who can top thee

And once not so long ago
I met a guy named Joe
    He was so insecure
    That he could hardly bear
The sight of me in my underwear
    He cried shame
    For being so lame
    Yet we battled
    And flamed
    For nothing more
    Than laughs and roars

When we take it so serious
    It becomes delirious
    For being picked on
Is the point of this song
    Where funny jabs
    And ruthless stabs
    at each other's character
    Are what makes
    The banter
    Sting and linger

The verbal battles shall not stop
For that would be cop like
    Of the process
    To have someone monitor
Instead of being able to digest
    The criticisms from strangers
Who gather here to talk about beer

    So on with this mush
    It's time for a push
To accept your lot in the mixed pot of verbal assaults
Where you rise to the top
    Only if you don't stop
Being the one with the most unstoppable Cut into the gut

At the lake preparing the house for the big freeze

I am now comforted in knowing I am not good at pest ridding.

    I now have:

    more raccoons

    more otters

    a rat

    the barking dog

    3 roaming cats

    my heron is back

    so…

I am considering renaming this place “ Hakuna matada”

and I’m at peace with that

    summer will be a blast!

This morning I was lamenting the fact that I no longer had my Gen 1 Tundra. I figured I would share a pic of it with you fine folks.

This pic was taken early in the morning sometime in spring at a lake in Central California. We had just setup for some trout fishing.

I traded my 2001 Tundra in on my 2008 4Runner back in 2017. At the time, the Tundra had 235k miles on the odometer and had another easy 235k miles left in it.

Enough with the preamble, here is the pic:

My internal "relative cold" meter/sensor stops working at roughly 15 to 20 above zero.
Anything below that is just stupid cold and makes no difference what the actual thermometer reading or "feels like" temperature is.

Anyone with me on this one?

Yep, I’m you. I don’t like going below 15F. Plus, below that, things start to get trickier with humidity in the house. We have a whole house humidifier. I have to start turning the humidity down, but it has gotten better now that we have new windows. Icing in the attic is what we watch out for. I have one problem area up there, and put a fan up there that I can turn on/off via a Bluetooth plug.
