Thoughts on how to get the spots off this painted plastic? Pics below. It’s a salvage part for the dash on one of my other vehicles.

I have a good color match spray paint, so I’m not so worried about the non button portions. I am going to take it apart and isolate the buttons. May even do a chemical mask on the labeled parts of the buttons to hit them with a light coat of paint if it comes to that.

I haven’t got too far down the road yet. What I’ve tested so far: dish soap, degreaser, APC, goo gone adhesive remover, IPA. Pro strength goo gone or acetone nail polish remover will take off the paint. Don’t have non acetone nail polish remover at the moment.

    Suggestions? Products? Polish/buff?

The weird part is the darker spots/drips are clearly something on the paint. Looks a lot like soda drips, I figured those would come off easily but not the case. The white spots look more like the paint could be faded/etched type of a look. Thanks for your help
