Can anyone recommend an exhaust system that enhances the Magnuson SuperCharger?
From what I've been reading a better exhaust system greatly improves performance with the Magnuson.
Dont want anything obnoxiously loud but a little rumble is always nice.

Yeah,I'm working on that thread but with 600 plus pages I was hoping to narrow it down a bit.
With that many posts I might as well read War and Peace!!!

^^^^^ everyone has an opinion you can read as much or as little as you prefer but there is not one answer. You can make that
decision for yourself, that way another thread won't be started. You will find much very useful info in the link/s provided and knowing such info will help you make an informed decision.

Dual 3" is the way to go with a SC...I currently have Dirty Deed's race exhaust and it's great, loud but not obnoxious (you can choose the muffler to suit your taste), and has Helmholtz resonators so the drone is cut way down. There is also a new dual 3" offering from SPD Performance that should be a good option as well. Then I believe there is a dual 3" Corsa exhaust...the list goes on.

As I mentioned I'm trying to narrow down my search.
I'd like to avoid reading 600 plus pages and not find the answer I'm looking for.
The whole purpose of a message board is to get info to the masses.
And I'd like to think someone here has gone down the same road I'm going down now and can help me avoid any pitfalls that I may encounter.
I dont see that as an unusual question.

    Thanks for the info!!
This is exactly the type of info i'm looking for!!
If i'm gonna ass up 10k for a Supercharger I want all the info I can get before doing so!!
Had the TRD blower in my Tacoma(which was made by Magnuson) and I enjoyed every mile!!
Which is the main reason I'm going with the Magnuson for my Tundra.
    Again,appreciate the info.

No one should read that whole thread, just post on the Supercharger thread (thus why it exists) and you'll get a dozen answers about exhaust setups.

    The general SuperCharger thread.
    Am I missing something?
Is there a different thread pertaining to the SuperCharger?

No, I'm just saying don't worry about being repetitive, that thread just mentions the same 20 things over and over. Don't be afraid to post your question in that thread so you can bypass all the BS and get more replies from people with superchargers.

In my opinion after having a few setups I would buy your exhaust based on sound preferences, not trying to make more power with one setup over another. Being supercharged actually probably makes the exhaust less important to still making good power assuming you stick with good straight through style mufflers. You’ll more likely notice changes to low end torque from setup to setup over Full throttle differences. I have 2 dual setups in my possession that I have run back to back that use the same 2.25” tailpipes. I noticed torque loss down low using the X pipe system vs the true dual system for example. WOT I can’t notice anything though.

I'm just going by what I've read at this point.
I had the stock exhaust on my Tacoma with the TRD Blower and was perfectly happy with the power.
My biggest hurdle was convincing the Wife I needed another truck with a Blower.
Now that I'm past that the rest is cake.....

Of course trying to make a V6 sound good was a waste of time.

more than I can list here
Being supercharged means that you may run any exhaust that you want. You make the same power no matter what.

that said, a great exhaust for stock exhaust manifolds naturally aspirated makes the most low end torque. And again, doesn’t sacrifice HP.

The supercharger makes all the power, not the exhaust.

instead of getting a million opinions, feel free to call for straight answers derived from 20 years of testing. 760-877-4234.

Wanna buy a lightly used SPD system? Beautiful system and sounds awesome, just a little more rowdy than I want for towing…

We can talk. Local is preferred for sure, due to shipping. Replacement system is still in the box waiting for me to swap it in.

System is currently out of my truck and on hold for a local fella. We’ve arranged a meeting in 8/26 for pickup, so it’s currently spoken for.

Should that go south for any reason, I’ll let you know. But, it sounds like a pretty done deal. And, shipping would add up quick if you’re in TX. I’m in OR.

I am also SCed. I went with Dirty Deeds. I got lucky and found a used SS system for 1/3 of the price, couldn't be at that. It's exactly what I was looking for after having own a couple of other exhaust on other vehicles. I wanted no drone and a mild exhaust tone. With DD exhaust you can get the best of both worlds. I have had exhaust that sound great but had drone. Or sounded bad and drained also. With his exhaust you can custom build the sound level you want and no drone. Can't beat that in my book. Like DD said any exhaust will work now that your SCed so next is choosing what noise level you want.
