It would appear there are two part numbers for 2004 DC Limited, depending whether you have off-road package; I don't know what the difference is. The EPC shows the parts below come a piece of hardware that looks (in the image, to me) like a clevis and pin.

    upload_2025-1-13_15-44-45.png

This is for rearward strap part, note what I've underlined
    upload_2025-1-13_15-41-27.png

And the strap closest to cab, see the same notes, without underline:

Looking up the two part numbers on Ourisman, instead of it mentioning OFF-ROAD or not, it lists one for 2wd and the other for 4wd in the description. However the 2wd part number is discontinued.

See in the parts info, where one part says UCK this and VCK that, like "VCK30" and the other says "VCK40"? Here's what those mean, note the corresponding info in the left quadrant (see image below).

The top part number is valid for any truck chassis starting "UCK3" and the VCK30.
The bottom part number is valid for any truck chassis starting "UCK4" and "VCK40" and even some "UCK3" trucks (I'm assuming ones with TRD offroad pkg on the latter)

It does indeed appear DC w/2WD is UCK31 and DC w/4WD is UCK41 so yes, in your year, the correct part is likely the 2nd one, regardless. I believe you can confirm your chassis by looking at the door jamb sticker, driver's side. If it says UCK41, the 2nd part numbers are yours.

If you PM me your VIN#, I can try to check it out for you, your call.

And for example, here's the chassis info on that door sticker. Your sticker may look a bit different but will have same info on it, maybe in different positions.

C/TR is your body color (C) and trim color (TR), in my case 056 (natural white) for body, and FB12 (charcoal/MD grey) for trim
    A/TM is your gearing type and ratio (A03B, a 3.91 LSD) and transmission (A750F, a 5spd auto)

BTW, the 5100s in the rear pair really nicely with the 2885s up front. I didn’t expect to notice as big of a difference as I did.

If we had salt I’d definitely be doing the same.
I've been toying with the idea for orange LED's in the gauges to match the 1G taco and now you've sold me.

I commandeered a back seat all weather mat from a Turd Gen Crew Max. It fits OK. I really like it for the price of $0.

Good job on the mat! I'll probably order Weathertech on that note.....come to think of it, better do that now since they seem to enjoy cancelling whatever they have that fits my old vehicles.

*Just ordered set of front and rear floor mats for the Tundra. WeatherTech brand.*

Managed to finish routing the microphone cable for the new head unit.

Also snagged this hitch insert at an estate sale for $7.50.

Unfortunately, to my knowledge, weather tech does not offer anything for the rear floor of the access cab. If I’m wrong, I trust that I will be corrected so that I too may order

I got one for my AC. I was also disappointed by the fitment. I wrote a big hoopla on here about it. But I think for some reason it only showed as compatible for 2005-2006 AC. Maybe I’m remembering wrong though.

At the time I bought my front set, (10 years ago) I don’t remember anything offered for the 00. Now that you mention it, I do remember your rant about it. It makes me even happier with the five finger discount I got on this one

From a shop local(ish) to you, this is the mat I bought: https://truckaccessorystore.com/weathertech-440442-rear-floorliner-black

440442 is the model number for AC. I had to trim my mat to make it work with my power seats. Others had to trim to make it work with slider seats. I don't know why WT says their mat won't fit in the earlier year AC trucks; I'm not aware of any monumental differences in the rear floorboard from 00-06. Still, worth mentioning you may be in guinnea pig territory if you choose to accept the challenge of taking one for the team.

I made some adjustents to my Thule TracRac so it worked better with my tonneau. Then I began fighting with my tailgate latch. It's stick and I have to yank on it to open. No dice though. Gotta figure that out.

You try pushing on the tail gate then using the latch? Maybe the tonneau is putting stress on it

Tonneau isn't causing issues. I have to yank the
tailgate back and forth to get it to release. The rods aren't fully disengaging the latches.
