Trying to decide what wheel and tire set up I can or should run. I have 2015 tundra on 6112/5160 on 1.9. Running two shims on front driver and 1 shim on passenger side. Running JBA UCA. Currently running 285/55/r20 on factory tss wheels +55 offset. Looking to change to a 18’ wheels with a +25 offset and attempt to run 35’s or 295/70/18. Open to keeping the stock rims but do know that +55 offset would rub. Wasn’t looking to do BMC. Wanted to run a more smoother ride than the 20s have, too much shake and really bumpy compare to others.

35x1250s at 2 inch lift need lower offset wheels or wheel spacers to clear UCA. If you must have 35x1250, wheel offset of +25 t0 +35 is ideal for UCA clearance, but you will need to lose mudflaps and space the front bumper. Some have needed BMC, depending on wheel offset and how good your alignment guy is.

295/70-18 should work fine, folks run them on stock TRD Pros, UCA is somewhat tight with stock +60 offset, about a pinky width clearance. Many run that and Ive not head of issues.

Look for a 35x11:50 for your current wheels, that will fit fine with your setup. Of if you want to drop to 18s, 285/75-18 is 35 tall and around 1150 wide and is much easier to fit than the 1250 tires, weigh less too so better performance and less a hit on MPG. Either 35x1150 or the 285s will fit with 2 inch lift and even stock offset wheels. Those tires with less offset will need bumper spaced and mud flap removal.
