Got my Tundra about 5 months ago, 2013 Crew max great condition, cold air intake, brand new 35 all terrain. Truck just hit 100,000 miles about a week ago. Same day it hit 100,000 miles it broke down due to a mass airflow sensor nothing crazy. Replaced the mass airflow sensor drove it around for a day perfectly fine. Woke up the next day around 7 am tried to start it but wouldn't with no crank no noise when turning key over. Had my mechanic check it out he replaced the relay and some other sensor. Got it back from my mechanic.. again drove it around all day, drove and started perfectly fine. Wake up the next day no crank no nothing. I have a brand new battery. Tried everything jumping it, replacing the relay, nothing seems to be working. Its a very odd issue PLEASE HELP.

First two codes are the maf. First tells you it is not getting anything from the maf. The second is telling you the ecu is getting nothing from the iat, which is built into the maf and uses the same connector. Third is cps. My first guess is the maf issue you originally had was wiring related and therefore replacing the maf did nothing. Wiring issues sometimes present as intermittent. Cps code is likely a head fake due to the none start.

possibly the maf was bad, but tech didn’t fully seat connector on new maf.

so its most likely a wiring issue?

I would check all around the engine bay for any signs of rodents chewing on wires…..

Not sure I would go that far. Definately possible. Step one is to pul the connector off the MAF and look at the pins inside. Looking for corrosion or other issues. Be sure it was fully pressed in before removing. Lucky for you, the ECU connector is only 2 feet from the MAF in an open area, so easy to look for rodent damage/chewed wires.

When it doesn't start, you turn the key and get no cranking, correct? In that case, the CPS is not likely the issue. At least not with the 0335 code.

May be dumb question but did you replace the MAF with an OEM part? Tundras seem to be sensitive to aftermarket parts (I had issues with an aftermarket O2 sensor- replaced with OEM- problem solved)
