I remember working at two local shops here in SoCal and always going to A1, fully hooked up with up with pit passes, food and drinks. That was over ten years ago and haven’t really followed since. Drive by yesterday and saw all the trucks in the pits. Brought back good memories.

Can’t wait for it to start. Tons of talent in the whole bunch now. Just hoping for some actual racing and not just one putting in a gap and maintaining it. Everybody is rested and healthy so should be a good one. Hoping to see some beast mode from tomac and some real progress from plessinger. Jett and sexton are fast just not smooth enough to be consistent. I know i know Jett won most every race last year but he mostly got lucky because of others having bad luck. Should be a good show though

Grew up East Coast and always hit Atlanta when it came around. I’ve always wanted to go to A1. I think once the kids are old enough to appreciate it we’ll make the trip. You can feel how special that race is through the TV screen.

250 and 450 lineup is different this season. With Deegan moving west coast and kitchen going East last second, it’s an interesting flip. I think Tomac is gonna go out with a bang for his potential last season. The Jett wave was cool, but there’s not a lot of personality in his ride.

One of my favorite nights of the year. Used to go to Daytona a lot. Been a Roczen fan ever since he still had a German accent.

Daytona is at the top of my list of places to go watch a race. Wish they had that much room to build a track at every venue

I haven’t really followed the sport in a few years. Daytona was always my favorite supercross race. I was also lucky enough to go to the MXON at budds creek.

@TundraMcGov. that was a great race. I’ll never forget when RC lapped the field in the rain at Millville

Well that was a crazy race. I had the win on my fantasy picks for about 1/4 of a lap. Then that guy went from last to 5th. I'm gonna say he is my pick for the championship this year. He is looking very much so like his old self. Of course their is that guy on a Honda who could get his bike figured out and make a serious run

I go to Daytona pretty much every year. Looking forward to it this year for sure

I remember seeing bubba Stewart (though I don’t care for him as a person he was a great racer) doing this and passing guys on the back wheel through the whoops at high point or hangtown. Don’t remember now it’s been so long ago but it was incredible to watch on tv. Others were trying hard to stay upright and he passed them doing a wheelie. Overall I like tomac much more and am hoping he can end his career on a high note. The way he rode last night is promising as long as he stays healthy

I was all in for Deegan and Tomac to take it. Funny both of them took a spill and managed to pull it together and both land top 5. Happy for Jo to finally show he’s a rider given his switch to Honda from Kawasaki seemed like he couldn’t figure out the bike last season. I like Jett, but I think it’s some somebody steps up to the plate and shows him it’s not all rainbows and butterflies.

Jett will be in it today, he is too good and too competitive to have back to back bad races. . I picked Tomac for the win.

I'm hoping for Tomac tonight. Jet has that triple-quad going on tonight which is crazy.

Hoping Prado gets a top 5. The GF is a Spaniard, so now she'll watch the race with me. lol

Great racing last night. Track was good. Eli showed championship form for his last season. Roczen showed he can hang, but proved Webb is still in his head. Should shake out to be a good season.

Great racing last night. Really hope tomac holds it together and nails down another championship for his farewell tour. Can’t help being surprised over and over by roczen with that outdated Suzuki, definitely shows how talented he is. Should be a fun season to watch as long as most of them stay healthy

Was talking about this the other day. Imagine if Roczen didn't get injured. How many championships would he have? There was a time when he was untouchable. Amazing comeback story.

Did anyone check out Tomacs almost 3 hour long interview on Gypsy Tales? Worth a watch.

It's gonna be a challenge on who to pick for the win this weekend at A2. Tomac is very racy right now so I will probably stick with him, but Jett and Honda made some great strides in one week.

Wow no comment today about last night? That was a great race. Kinda wish it would have kept raining for the 450 main like during the 250 main just to see how they would ride. Wish tomac would have had a better start but roczen was impressive with that second place. Glad to see Anderson get a win even if it was just a heat race. Excited to see what should be an eventful season if everyone stays healthy
