Hello, new member here. I have a 2016 Toyota Tundra Crew Cab 1794 edition 2wd. It has stock 20 inch rims with 275-55R20 tires. I have a 3 inch front/2inch back lift/leveling kit that I have not installed. Looking for recommendations on the leveling kit. Do 3 inch level alone? Front and rear? Also thinking about putting 305-50r20 tires on stock rims. They appear to be almost identical in circumference and about 1.2" wider. I am supposing I would need 1.25" or 1.5" wheel spacers. Any recommendations on the best combo of leveling and wheel spacers for these tires to work best? FYI, I am looking for the tire to stick out past the fender a little bit(just a visual preference of mine).

Sorry. Just realized this was put in wrong generation thread. Will repost.

Id suggest skipping the spacer lift and doing lifted coilovers instead. You will be happier in the long run. Spacer lifts ride like crap and dont play well with the suspension geometry.

1.5 wheel spacers are too much imo, There are 1 and 1.25 available, and those are better. Bora or Spidertrax are good wheel spacers--dont buy cheap wheel spacers off Amazon.

If you run 34+ inch tall tires with wheel spacers or lower offset wheels, you will probably need to lose the front mudflaps and space the front bumper.

Lots of into about all this and member builds here, check out the 2.5 gen forum and wheel/tire forums for pics, details, etc on how folks have installed different setups.

Thanks for the info frichco228. The 305-50r20 is still only 32" but 1.2" wider. Do you see any issues with the wider tires other than maybe needing the wheel spacers to keep the inside away from suspension parts?

Possibly, those are 12 inches wide....add 1-1.25 for wheel spacers and it can rub on mudflap and/or bumper.

For refernence= Truck using stock wheels, +60 offset can run 35 tall and 11.5 wide with about 2 inch lift, clearing UCA, bumper and mudflap with a good alignment usually with no rubs.

as I said before, lower offset wheels or tires 12 wide and above would need bumper shim and removal or trim of mudflaps
