What is this and should I be concerned

I was starting to do an oil change today and noticed this. It looks oiled. I never noticed any leaks on the ground. What am I looking at ?

 

Air conditioning pump is under the belt. I can't make out where you see oil.

 

Above the belt that bolt and area looks like it’s wet.

 

Not seeing it. Try adjusting the photo focus point/depth of field and taking it in daylight or with better lighting.

Looksike there may be some leakage from the valve cover. Check the other side.

 

I have all that same crustiness and just chalked it up to a leaky cam tower. I'll stay tuned to see how wrong I am.

 

Nothing on the other side, just that one. Just keep an eye on oil level for now ?

 

Could it have ran down there if spilled while filling?

I wouldn't worry really if you aren't seeing oil level drop between oil changes

 

I don’t think, I’m pretty diligent about not spilling anything. Going to have it looked over next week for peace of mind.

 

Mine also had that seem leak, 2020 with 41k miles. Cleaned it up with brake clean and hasn’t come back. I like when leaks fix themselves haha.
