The passenger and both rear seat belts go into some kind of ratcheting mode (probably designed to lock the seat belt in the event of an accident) at odd times. The will get tighter and tighter and you have to let them go back in all the way and pull them back out and rebuckle them. Sometimes, they start ratcheting when they're being buckled. Is there an adjustment or some cleaning that needs to be done?
