Is there a way to convert a two wheel drive 2020 Tundra to 4 wheel drive?

You'd be better off selling and buying a 4wd. Off the top of my head you'd need the transfer case, axles, driveshafts, hubs, possibly new spindles, wiring, sensors, probably a bunch of other stuff I'm missing.

I think you would need a new frame to start with. If I was going to attempt it, assuming my 2wd truck was rust free, would be to try and find a wrecked 4wd, maybe something like a rollover. Something were the frame and drivetrain are in good shape so I could swap the cab and bed over. I'm not sure what it would do to the value since you would have a mutant. You would also end up with plenty of left over parts, some good and some bad.

Not worth it. You’re talking not just physical parts, but a new ecu and all the wiring and harnesses associated with making it functional. Trade in and buy a 4wd truck.
