what an interesting finish to a rather dismal season, they played their hearts out to the last second and won against Green Bay, it’s been long time since they won, especially up there

 

The NFL competition committee should be ashamed for a system that manifests in worthless games at the end of the season. Allowing teams to “not” play to win is disgraceful with the byproduct being undeserving teams punching playoff tickets and deserving teams being left out.

Glad it's not just me thinking that. I turned off the KC game at half time. They clearly didn't give a shit.

 

The Vikings suck tonight. Darnold just can't get the ball out in time and hangs in the pocket too long, recievers aren't shaking their cover, making risky pass plays when it's 4th and 3 ish etc.

Detroit on the other hand is playing a great game for the most part. Their defence is on fire.

 

Only good thing about tonights game is ( if I choose) I can now drive down to LA and watch them get beat by the only other team that beat them.

 

Not to mention that the Bronco's came within a missed field goal of beating the Chiefs at KC earlier in the season. As a Packer fan, I have no problem that the Broncos made the playoffs and I'm certain the powers that be at the NFL are pleased with the playoff match ups. Every division is different strength wise and there's always crying at playoff wild card time with someone's team getting left out. Nothing new there. "Deserved" is relative.

 

Darnold's dream of greatness and a big payday next year just went up in flames. Year after year the Vikings never fail to disappoint. I'll bet the Wilfs were glad they spent 2 million on tickets so Viking fans could watch them choke................again.

 

Here in Texas they turned off the game too. They flipped to the Rams game I think I saw. HA!!

 

I had a horrible year in our pool. I was 14 games out of the money. I threw a Hail Mary and picked the minority pick team every game. Surprisingly I got 6 games right. It’s the first time in this pool that neither me nor my wife were in the money.

 

Vikings play next Monday night, hopefully Darnold and the offensive line have a CTJ meeting. The Defense played great until they gave up and said what's the point.

 

Denver plays the Bills in NY on Sunday that will be a tough game for Denver.

Houston is at home against the Chargers on Sunday. Being at home this will give Houston a chance but I do not think they will pull out a win?

 

Having all these games on different streaming services is ruining football. It won't be long before the SB is PPV. Then you can count me out.

2nd and 40 is pretty impressive

 

There's practically a flag on every GD play. Almost unwatchable anymore IMO.

 

Ir looks like HOU could send the offense home to start resting for next week.

 

LA clearly did not want to play anymore football. That was a long game! Houston won quite easily it looked like! We shall see what happens next weekend??
