I have stage 7 Icon coilover setup with 37in tires. I jump the truck going 40-45mph and bottomed out and it cause front steering knuckle damage.

what can i do to prevent this happening again??? Any suggestions???

Extended bump stops to compensate for the lift.

    And dont jump the truck.

In a nutshell, there isn't a vehicle in existence that's designed to withstand that type of hard usage. Not what you want to hear, I'm sure. Best of luck nonetheless.

    Bullshit^

First, doesn't look like anything is wrong. Looks like your steering stops have some marks like they all do.

Second, get better/larger shocks and good bump stops like hydraulic ones and it'll be able to jump without issue.

Third if you really want to party get long travel.

That doesn’t look bad, mine are worn similar from daily driving. I want to see the video of the jump.

lol cute.. better bump stops and more compression/better suspension. And drive the truck within its limits. Jumping the truck can be done when done correctly. Pic for proof

Looks like regular marring of the steering stops from daily use. Seen it on quite a few new gen tundras that get 2"-3" lifts.
Icon does state in their install notes that either a diff drop or the TRD extended axles are a requirement but that probably more just to prevent damage to the CVs.
More than likely why Toyota includes new turn stops/balljoint brackets for the steering knuckle in their TRD lift to account for changes in angle and geometry, but that's more of an assumption. Heck, the steering stops on my 17 have marring too from daily use.

This has been discussed before and it is not from "jumping" your truck.
Its is because the lift changed the suspension geometry causing the swaybar links to hit your knuckles at a different angle when fully turning the steering wheel. Some people have cut those off.
