Appreciate the forum so thought I would share in case anyone finds this helpful for a heated seat no longer functioning. 2016 Tundra 1794 (absolutely love the truck) - 104,000 miles. Front driver's side heated seat failed (got extra warm just before failure - almost hot). Passenger seat heat and cooling worked fine as did cooling on the driver's seat. Checked fuses - all fine. Checked wiring under the seat and found that the seat heater control module (87501-0C020) and associated plug were fried at one end. Based on my research this isn't uncommon - glad it didn't catch fire. Control module is available but I haven't been able to find a replacement plug (looks like the plug isn't available - if anyone has a suggestion for the plug I'd appreciate it). Also reviewed the thread where someone hardwired to the module and eliminated the plug but I'm a bit hesitant to do that. Attached pics of the plug and module for reference.

Have an aftermarket warrantee (Truwarranty) so we'll see if it's covered. Been pretty good so far so fingers crossed.

Mine did the same thing, my plan was to go the scrapyard and cut the harness and module out of some other Toyota with seat heaters (I think they are all the same). Sadly, this task is harder than anticipated as there are not very many Toyotas in the scrapyard lol
