Anyone running the Yakima Bedrock rack system in their Tundra? Picture included for reference. Pros/cons of this system? TIA

I haven't used the bedrock, but I have used the outpost raised system for bikes and Kayaks. I always had to sit on the bedrail or stand on the tire to reach that rack. The bedrock would be better for reaching from the ground. I thought I wanted more space underneath the crossbar but never used it, so I wish I would have gotten the bedrock over the outpost.
What would you be using the bedrock for? Bikes, skis, watercraft, roof top tent?

Thanks for your perspective. Bedrocks primary use would be for skis and bikes. Possibly a tent.

I have the Yakima but need the space underneath so went with the taller rails- post 38.
It’s sturdy, even set that high. Fairly easy to adjust although you need Allen wrenches to adjust. I wish they came with big beefy hand adjustments. But none do.
Install isn’t difficult but you need to pay attention to orientation and measurements. The rear rail interfered with the beds power outlet opening so I had to mount it about 1/2” forward so I could open outlet door.

I’m considering this option too but
I'm considering the BedRock for the same reasons as you and can't find a reason to dislike it - sturdy, durable, easy to install/remove and good access from ground level. I just haven't pulled the trigger yet...

No personal experience with them, but I've a sold a few rigs that have ended up with them and they're pretty solid and the guys seem to be happy with them. Everything in Yakima's catalogue is. There's a reason Toyota on-boarded them as an official OEM vendor and sells them as Toyota accessories.

The only drawback I see is limiting bed access, but that's a drawback of any bed rack setup.

i have it on mine and i love it. Only downside is that my tonneau cover latch will get caught on it so i have to operate it slowly.
