Tundra 2020 Fan speed

2020 Tundra

TSS - Toyota Sports Package.

I have a weird anomaly with 2020 Tundra. I just installed Baha Designs ditch lights and post installation got 2 issues:

1. The fan picks up the speeds after 5-10 seconds. For example, if I max the fan speed it will run on less speed and after 5-10 seconds runs to its full power/speed. Even in low speed it is slower than usual. I didn't happen like this before I installed the ditch lights.

2. Dash showing refuel, where as the fuel is 95% full.

Seems like I messed up with some electrical stuff/fuse ?

I didn't touch anything else while installing the lights except the battery connections and grounding connection. AC/Hot air seems to be working fine but the fan speed is delayed.

Kindly suggest what have I messed up.
