Tint and wheels. Decked box in the bed. S and B Cold Air filters under the hood. Shiftpower throttle response controller.
I have been getting this warning occasionally lately. It tells me to visit dealer. No check engine light comes on.

I bought 2023 Limited Hybrid at 13k miles. Immediately put on S and B cold air intake and it did great. Now have 31k and started getting this message. I took it to the dealer to look at and they said the code was "P2C9100 - Crankcase ventilation system hose 'B' disconnected populated".

It is definitely a vacuum leak. It will start acting up immediately upon setting the cruise control (I am assuming the cruise control still runs off the vacuum system like it used to). It will also popup when going at cruising speed and completely releasing the accelerator. If I give it gas it goes away.

It is not always lacking power when the light goes on. Sometimes it is lacking when I give it gas.

    Which hose is "hose B"?

Dealer is telling me to take it back to stock.

    Any advice?

What’s not stock about the engine? Just the intake? Why not spend the ten minutes to swap back OEM and see if that’s the problem?

Because I kept the old intakes for months and against my better judgement threw them out right before this started. I knew I should have boxed them up and put them in the attic. I am about to take it apart and recheck all fitments.

No. Everything is drive-by-wire for two decades at least, if not three.

Wise dealer. Or get a smoke machine. Turbo engines have a much more complex crankcase ventilation, getting a machine is a good investment if you intend to keep your truck for longer.

Any idea where hose B is located?

Any ideas on a decent priced smoke machine?

If you’re on Facebook - hit up Ryan Gregg. He knows the engine well.

Well I spent a few hours going over things. I completely removed the driver's side as it was a PITA when I installed the filters and more likely to have a problem. On the passenger side I partially removed and double checked fitment. Hooked the battery back up and it is not doing it anymore. Cruise works fine and no popup when I release the gas at high speeds. Put about 50 miles on it in different driving conditions and repeatedly tried the behavior that would make it error yesterday. It all works fine OR I haven't run it long enough for the computers to know something is wrong yet. :drunk:
