Just clicked over 100,000 miles on my 2020 Toyota Tundra SR5 TRD Pro 4x4. All I have ever done is oil changes and tire rotation. I just did brakes and rotors. What other maintenance do I need or should I do to keep it going another 100,000 miles? The dealership quoted me $5,000 but I feel like I was getting a sales pitch to bend over. Any help will be really appreciated.

    Change ALL the fluids.
    Drain and fill transmission fluid
    Drain and fill the coolant
Drain and fill the rear differential
Drain and fill the Transfer case
Drain and fill the front differential
I would do the brake fluid as well

You can find tutorials for all of the above in this site.
check your brake pads and rotors front and rear

Mind you all of this is listed in the owners manual. Please peruse it for the rest of the items that need to be checked.

You're way overdue for some fluid changes. If it was my truck, I would start with changing the front and rear diff fluids, and coolant. You may also want to start doing drain and fills for the trans to keep it happy. I'm sure others will chime in for some good recommendations.

The above and spark plugs. Brake fluid probably lowest in priority on the list IMO.

All of what has been mentioned above.

Don’t forget the air filter and cabin air filter. May also want to inspect the muffler bearings and blinker fluid while you are in there.

HOLY SHIT. I'd NEVER EVER go back there.

In addition to the items listed above:

    - take a good look at the front brake pads
    - take a look at the front suspension coil over shocks.

All the things mentioned plus serpentine belt and PCV. Check your tensioner and idlers too and replace as needed (typically not yet in my experience).
