I recently changed my rack and pinion and after doing a test drive, my truck can't fully turn to the right only quarter turn. Please help.

    Removed lots of rust.
You need to uncoupled the steering shaft from the rack and find the center of travel for the rack and then recenter the steering wheel. Many times the rack doesn't come out of the box with the input shaft centered in the travel range.

this and make sure there isn't some sort of special bleeding process for the rack you got.
