Found some extra wires. Anyone know what they go to?

so I’m running some stuff behind the dash and found these guys just hanging out. One behind the light control switches and two behind the traction control/tow haul switches.

 

These trucks are pre-wired to cover the different options across the trim levels.

 

Every time I see a picture of the 'jellyfish launcher' switch, it makes me giggle...

 

I'd never seen this. But now I'll never be able to unsee it.

 

It’s no joke, the jellyfish launchers were used to spectacular effect in the Great Emu War, however the Australians still lost.

 

What does the "hold my beer" button do?

 

I'm curious too. My Tundra didn't come equipped with that button.

 

Maybe it holds a beer?

Yes they are. But that still leaves the question. Where do they go?

 

Great place for that 1 touch "beast mode" mod

 

1 for auto high beams (where the hold my beer button is)
1 for parking assist (where the knob is)
I could be wrong but that is what I have going on.

Might be able to scavenge 12V switched power from those if nothing else.
