Shop used. Craigslist is our friend since so many people are modding these trucks. Eventually they want the pile of takes offs gone and you can score. I got a complete bumper, headlights, hood bulge, and grill for around $500 altogether.

Toyota is currently doing $50 off orders over $200. Do 2 separate orders and now you're at about the same price as the aftermarket kits.

You need an @iHacker harness in the above link.
    PM him for info.
And you need these lights if you want the blacked out OEM LED headlights.
Search the part number and read the posts here, you might find them cheaper.
Pay no mind to Spark's error on the passenger side description title.

Another 2.5 gen halogen > LED convert with the iHacker harness. Easily a top 3 mod I’ve done to the truck.

I found a 25% off parts & free shipping deal from a dealership a few months ago and got the pair for $457 shipped. It’s possible to find a deal on the OEM stuff if you can hide and watch for a bit.

    Good luck.

    Thanks all

I did buy a iHacker harness on 12-19-24. He shipped it USPS Priority mail. I think they may have lost it. Tracking shows that it made it to St Louis on 12-22 and that is the last entry. All it says now is 'running late'.

    Thank you!

I have been stalking and finally joined this forum because of this very issue. I recently decided on the morimoto 2Stroke led replacement bulbs after endless research. By no means cheap but less than 1/3 of the cost of new assemblies. I've been very impressed by the change - literally night and day. Cutoff is sharp and intensity is striking at least compared to the stock halogen bulbs. Oncoming traffic has not been flashing me or drifting into trash bins. They are imo a worthwhile and relatively economical option. I couldn't be happier.

    and kick ass halogen bulbs.
    OSRAM Super Bright Premium 9003/H4
    100W/90W.

Did it on my Tacoma and loved it, so I asked him to make a harness for the Tundra and it's great. Warmer color than the LEDs and more light. Same stock housing and lens.
