So I scheduled my Truck to receive the remedy for the engine stalling due to debris in the engine. I was informed more than likely the engine will be replaced. I haven’t done a thorough research on the pros and cons of this, if there are any. If that’s the case I really think my warranty should reset based on maintenance of my vehicle. I might be having the wrong view but come on, there should be other incentives we receive as owners. Even extending our extended warranty packages that might have purchased at the time of the sale. Perhaps add 2-3 years on it. It might sound far-fetched. How do we know this will really solve it? Has anyone received a new engine yet? I heard it’s a long block but is it an engine they’re putting in the 2025s or is it totally different?

Welcome from LA (Lower Alabama)! There is a lot of discussion on the site about that. I believe long blocks are the way Toyota is going, but you'll get more info from others' experiences.
