Looking for opinions. There's not a lot of Gold level certified pre-owned out there in my area and price range, but I see many Tundras for sale elsewhere that I would have to buy an aftermarket (like Endurance) for.

Looks like nowadays as opposed to the last time I bought a vehicle, you pay monthly vs. one lump sum. Looks to be on average $100-$125 a month.

Thoughts on them, or should I just wait to find that perfect Gold pre-certified and not have to worry about the warranty (granted, only 12 months bumper-to-bumper, and then 7 year Powertrain).

I would never consider an after market warranty. Too many bad experiences and stories.

Depending on year and mileage, you may be able to purchase an extended Toyota warranty.

I used the crap out of my CPO Toyota warranty. Found a low mileage Tundra (4004 miles) and the warranty was better than the new factory warranty.
