Last 3x I started my truck to move it about 40 ft seemed like my battery was dying. Tried to start it today and this noise is happening. Won’t start. I see a ton of rat poop sitting on that cover. Any ideas?

    Id check/replace battery first.

You dont describe noise or have a vid so no comment

Rat poop in engine area could mean they are eating your wiring, certainly means they are visiting there- so look around at everything for chewed wires while you are cleaning up the droppings.

Inspect, clean, and re tighten battery terminals, too.
