2007 Toyota Sequoia

2007 Toyota Sequoia battery is dead in 4 days, new alternator, new HD battery the draw is
0.066 amps seems in specs, but battery tests good, if I pull out the short D.C.C.fuse it goes down to 0.02 amps any thoughts anybody.
