Good Service in the Denver/CO Springs Area?

Hey fellow Tundra owners,

I have 2 warranty issues to be fixed (cracked seat panel and reoccurring front camera malfunction). I bought the truck from Stapp Toyota, which is a 4 hour round trip from my place. I had a bad experience with them on my 10K service, so I'd prefer not to go back to them.

I'm much closer to either Denver or Colorado Springs. Has anyone had a decent service experience with any of the dealerships in those 2 cities? If so, which one?

I'd hope you can find a good dealer in CS. Stay away from anything related to Stevinson (or who ever it is now owned and run by) - totally a cluster of chickens running around with their heads cut off. After 30 years of having them as my go to they failed miserably and are now on my lifetime never again list.

 

Corwin Toyota on Woodmen has always treated me well in their service department

I'll give Corwin a call. That's actually the closest Toyota dealership to me, so I hope it works out.

 

What is everyone's opinion on Mountain States? I am getting the runaround for my 24 at Corwin in Boulder. My driver's side mirror is getting bubbles in it and they told me it was rock chips (8500 miles) and my digital rear camera is throwing ridiculous glare from headlights when in digital mode, in which they stated it is normal and reproduced on another vehicle. I went back at night and dealt with the service manager directly. He spent a good bit of time with me going over the issues and went on a ride with him in another platinum. The glare was not reproduced on the other one but was horrendous on mine. He states he is waiting on the Toyota rep but now I am finding out that they have a history of denying warranty items. Pics below:

 

lmfao, that is exactly what I said. No damage to the plastic, paint, trim or anything else. Plus, it has been progressive. Started as a few bubbles that you could see but not feel, now you can feel the majority of what you see in the picture but not all of them. Crazy that they think this is something from rock chips with no supporting evidence.

 

The replacement driver's side glass in over $100 because it has auto dimming, heated, and blind spot monitoring. Sure, I would pay for that if I caused the damage but I did not. It appeared on its own. I take extremely good care of my vehicles and this is baffling on why it is occurring.

 

IMO Corwin is a bag of dicks. I went to MS and had no issues with their service department or having recall/warranty work done. Can't say you will have the same experience but I'd hope so. Try Curtis Moore @ 303-302-6505.

FWIW Stevinson West is no better than Corwin, and maybe worse since they sold the business. Anyone that knows shit left - now just a bunch of chickens running around with their heads cut off.

 

Thanks! I will give him a call tomorrow. The service manager for Corwin was supposed to call me back today but hasn't yet and they close at 6.

 

Aside from unwanted text solicitations while I was there, my first experience with service at Corwin of Colorado Springs was decent.

My service rep was friendly and knowledgable, and the work was performed as expected in a timely manner.
