North West BS Thread

I bought two Ecoflow Delta 2 Max’s. I looked at getting a single Max plus the extra battery but wanted more flexibility and redundancy.

We are pretty quiet in this thread, but a lot of locals monitor it and chime in the help.

 

Glad I got these Ecoflows a few weeks ago. Guess we have another storm coming. Smaller than the last and not expected to hit the Seattle area with much force… but I have my wi-fi hooked into one already and the 2nd charged and ready to deploy.

We've had snow on the ground for about a month now, probably sitting around 18" now

 

We got a dusting over the weekend. Gone pretty quickly. It was cold enough, but no moisture until today really.

 

Do you think Walla Walla gets more snow than L/C?
I know Pullman can get some big snow

 

Snowed from 8am here until 6pm good lord im ready for the warmer weather tomorrow to melt this shit!

 

It's very similar to Walla Walla. We are pretty protected in the valley here. Moscow and Pullman definitely get more snow than we do here in the LC valley.

How are you liking that area? I almost drove thru there last Sept to scope it out. Was a return trip from Boise… but it would have added 2hs to the drive so skipped it.

I need to get down there to check out Moscow and your area…

 

I love it here. Small community. Has everything I need. The amount of out door recreation is amazing. The amount of rivers for play/fishing is awesome. Snake river, Clearwater river, Grande Rond, Salmon River. Mountains 20 minutes away. National forest an hour away in Idaho, 30 minutes to the blues in Washington. Hells canyon is awesome. The north fork of the Clearwater is amazing. Never seen so many bald eagles in one area up there. Tons of public land in Idaho plus lumber company public access. It's an outdoorsman's paradise.

The only time it's noticable is when wind is coming from the northeast or it's stagnant. Usually I don't notice it anymore otherwise.

It certainly has had a reputation for a long time. Growing up in the very tip of the panhandle, L/C was "Idaho's armpit"

 

Yakima has that title here in Central WA

 

Now I'm curious. What causes all the stank?
