Well quit messing around then. You only have so many fucks to give per day. Only give those out to who is deserving. It's exhausting otherwise.

Drop the victim mentality, that will exhaust you even just thinking about it. It happened, get over it today, move on and learn from it. Only thing my wife uses me for is companionship and orgasms. That's it. Other than that we don't need each other at all. Never put yourself in a position to get flattened like that again.

Start finding a way to be a productive man and the women will come to you.

Start looking into careers that produce something everyone needs. Here are some ideas:

Logistics/shipping. I know someone that is a trucker for Walmart and clears 130k a year. Home every night.
Tow truck drivers make bank. I was just back home talking to a HS buddy that has a towing company. His drivers do 90-130k a year easy.

Utilities- get into hydroelectric, solar, wind, quick response peaking units. I am literally texting one of my old employees that is pulling down 66.00 per hour finger fucking his phone with his old boss. 90% of these jobs are apprenticeships. My lowest paid guy was 45.00 per hour after they broke out. Starting wage was 32.00.

Home remodels and repair. I have a buddy that got in good with a few realtors and he does small jobs for them and kills it every year. He stays just below Home Depot installation prices. Just the other day we were laughing our asses off having beers for lunch on how he was paid 1250.00 to install three toilets. He took his time and it was a three hour job.

Hell, I'm so bored in retirement that I'm even starting a business.

Probably don't have to worry about that too much. We have a member in the good morning thread that quotes scripture and shares every day. We can choose to read it or not.

Start tonight. My wife didn't hit one of those red flags. Guess my dad was doing something right teaching one of his sons. My brother....he's working through a bit of a shit show.

It's was the "where do you see yourself in 5 years" part. I said "probably running the place" and he looked kinda mad.
The rest of the interview went well, he seemed impressed when I told him about experience, lube techs these days don't even drop trans pans, told him I'd rather that than use a machine and he was shook.

Next time say "probably running the place for you. all that's needed on your end is collecting money and payroll."

I ran my own shop for 13 years then moved on to Toyota. I’ve hired and fired many shop guys. The best thing you can do is if you do not know, ask. Never assume. Listen and observe how the shop operates. Show confidence and keep your hand out of your pockets and walk with purpose. You can tell a lot from observing workers and employers very much watch how you carry yourself.

Well, I know you have been hit pretty good this year at least two times.

Seems about every 2-3 weeks this season for us.

    Last Monday:

This past week in Montana. Hell it was almost tee shirt weather up there.

I can't wait for my wife to hit 50 and retire. We are getting out of this snow belt.

Yeah we have been hit a couple times. But then high 30's and 40's right behind it. I'm just ready for it to stay below 32 til April 1 to keep that snowpack around til spring run off.

Oh it's coming. I'm replacing my front entryway door on Friday. That's the nicest day up here this week. Having a 96"x74" hole in your home is no Bueno.
