Strange Noise

2017 Silver Tundra SR5 TRD

This new noise just started recently, it does not make noise at idle, only while moving and sounds like it’s coming from the front passenger side wheel. Hitting the brakes does not stop the noise either and steering does not seem to make much difference. It will rattle more when hitting bumps but also rattles while rolling on flat smooth ground. I’ll attach a video clip of it. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
