Which fuel pump is correct for my truck?

    There seems to be a little confusing on the correct part for the fuel pump.

    the two part numbers are
    •23220-0S011

    and

    •77020-0C082


    One looks like this and the other like that

    looks like one is just the pump, the other says assembly includes pump from what I understand. Make sure to use your VIN. I think this thing kept defaulting to mine.

    I bought the first one, but another mechanic said I should have gotten the whole fuel pump module. What I’m thinking is that if I get the whole module, they wouldn’t have to worry about replacing the pump in it but just put the module in. Is there anything else I should have ordered. It became a problem also because one of the lines got pinched

    I ended up with a evap code afterwards, so he had me order the more expensive one that should include everything

    Sometimes its just that little bit more, I don't have any experience so whether or not the pump can't be changed without the
    rest of the module I don't know. I hope you got it fixed now.
