No Start... Ignition Coils ABCF circuit fault

    Just did a valve cover and spark plug tube seal job. After we connected everything back together the engine will turn over but won't start.
    Issues: 0351 0352 0353 0356 C1201
    I checked the coils that have the codes and are getting power. 5V on cylinders with and without codes.
    Other issues is 4LO and TC light comes on when I attempt to start. When I release key the engine continues to turn over for another .5-1 second.
    None of these issues prior to valve cover work.

    Would appreciate ideas to help the troubleshooting process. Thank you in advance.
