Long time lurker for all things Tundra. Lots of info here, so hoping someone might have an idea how to fix an issue I am having. 2014 Double cab Sr5. The climate control knob will turn freely, but it won’t actually change the air temperature. I can turn it to hot and it will blow cold air, turn it to cold and it will blow cold air. I have the servo’s off currently because I replaced them, so I can manually reach back there and flip the gear up to hot and it works great, just can’t do it via the knob. Took the knob off and tried seeing if turning the piece behind the knob would switch it and nothing there either. Any thoughts? Appreciate Y’all.

Many have had similar issues traced back to blend motor (I think that’s what it’s called). It is notorious for gumming up or breaking teeth in some cases. Maybe checked that everything is tracking correctly, lined up, lubed and the rods are connected…..
